A NIGHT on BROADWAY. . .for Mosaic Monday

We enjoyed a night on BROADWAY and didn't even have to
leave town to experience it!!
DANCE UNLIMITED
Dance Recital
They seriously had the cutest costumes and the
most 'darling' dancers you can imagine. . .
All choreographed to Broadway music
SINGING IN THE RAIN & SOMEWHERE OVER THE RAINBOW
(Those were just a couple of the Broadway hits)
It really was quite amazing that the dance recital came together at all!
Not too long ago the head dance instructor lost her home, her dance studio,
and many of the costumes in a fire!
The fire destroyed practically everything they owned!
She and her husband and children were lucky to get out of the burning house without incident.
We've heard the phrase 'The show must go on' and it did and it was GREAT!
She claims that it was only possible because of the help from so many 'good friends', parents,
dance students, and generous people in our community . . .

Enjoy all the Mosiac Monday entries

  6. Wonderful pictures. Tragic story, I hope everything works out for the dance instructor and her family. Thank you for stopping by to see my purple mosaic, that was a very nice comment and for the hard work I put into the gardens, much appreciated.
