Outdoor Wednesday. . .Horticulture Heaven

Welcome to our University's Garden. . .
Beautiful terracotta pots, spilling over with annuals make the walkways
interesting and colorful!

This is just one of the water features. . .
The 'Cottage Garden' with it's white picket fence and porch swing is a favorite
spot to sit and enjoy the view!
Above is the newest design in the garden, it is almost completed
and it is beautiful!

Every where you look the colors are spectacular!

The arbor above is just one of many that have been designed and
constructed by the students!
It has probably been the backdrop for 'too many to count'
photo opps. . .
This is an ongoing project for the Horticulture students here at
the University.
They do the design and planning, then the labor,
so it is a 'hands on' experience for them!
We are very blessed to be able to spend time here and take in
the beauty of the garden!
Join Susan
A Southern Daydreamer
for the Wednesday fun. . .

  3. What a beautiful place to visit! I love gardens, also ones that don't require my attention! LOL only my senses! I remember a garden as a child in a neighborhood I grew up in, this has sparked me into seeing if this garden still exists! Next time I am in the "old" neighborhood 350 miles away I will see if it still does! HOPE SO! Beautiful post! hugs and smiles...
