Monday Mosaic
Our first ROAD TRIP of the season. . .destination
SOUTHERN UTAH
We drove about 1500 miles and covered some new country
that we hadn't seen before!
Usually when we drive south it's in hopes of finding
SUNSHINE AND WARMER WEATHER
that only happened 1 of the 4 days we were gone.
Never the less, we did take in some amazing scenery.
Bryce Canyon (snow on top) ugh!
Manti
Capital Reef Park
Amazing rock formations
Beautiful 'desert flowers' in bloom
Best ever salsa in Richfield
First visit to IKEA. . .let the good times ROLL

Love the coloring you've chosen. It gives it warmth! Lord knows we could use some around here. Love seeing the blue skies. Pretty places you visited.
ReplyDeleteSuch a warm and vibrant mosaic. Looks like a great trip.
ReplyDeleteLove the mosaic! Being an old house junkie, I especially loved that sweet curved doorway on that house -- so pretty.
ReplyDeleteAnd your first trip to IKEA? Oh, you dear newbie, you have so many wonders to discover!
Including cheap meatball lunches. :-)

"love the old house in the upper right" MEGA DITTO!
ReplyDeleteI enlarged your mosaic x2 & it is just a wonderful assortment of great shots. I've been the Bryce Canyon once...amazing!
I've never been to an IKEA, though. :(
You could spend a whole day at IKEA, they have everything. . .I was almost overwhelmed, you could sereiously be all day long in that store! I can say I've been there now, so I know what I've been missing!
ReplyDeleteg.suzie Looks like we've were road tripping about the same time. Where were you coming from? We love the South West especially in May. The weather seems to be crazy everywhere, we've been down there twice at this same time and always plenty warm; at least the skies were blue!
ReplyDeleteLOL good ole Southern Utah! It is an amazing place to be since I have lived here for 7 yrs from the UP NORTH part of Southern Utah where there is the "Greatest Snow on Earth" or so the skiers say! LOL You were so close to St. George, another beautiful small town with lots of fun attractions! Maybe next visit! let me know, I will definitely tell you what to see!
ReplyDeleteI love road trips! I LOVE your colorful mosaic! But I wish I could say I've been to IKEA too! I will get there one day...
ReplyDeleteThank you for the visit and kind words the other day. Blessings ~ Debbie
