It was about 10 degrees above zero, so cold you wanted to
scream!!! but couldn't. . .
The 'Bell Ringer' for the Salvation Army, still greeted us with a
pleasant, holiday greeting. . .(not the most coveted job right now). In spite of the fact that many people turn their heads and just walk on by him, he was positive and still a 'man with a mission'.
I could not pass by without feeling guilty, so I dug in my wallet
and found some money to put in the red bucket and left feeling like maybe
I had helped out their 'cause' just a little!
