There are times when living in a smaller community has some advantages!
Lately I've seen our little town come together and rally around
several families to help out in their times of need.
It makes me proud to be living in a place where people still care
about each other and step up to the plate when necessary!
Recently a man passed away, that had been sort of down and out on his luck
so we decided to donate a small amount of money to help the family
pay for his funeral. . .maybe collectively we as a community can make a difference.
I'm hoping that our contribution and condolences can help make a
difficult burden just a bit easier for the family to bear!
